Came to treat Cherry Angioma (Campbell de Morgan Spot). Before the treatment I had really thorough consultation with Kay who is very knowledgeable and professional. Treatment itself was quick and not very painful. The result was better than I expected. Would definitely recommend!

Great service, extremely knowledgeable , precise as usual 🙂 I have got a stubborn blood spot on my nose for over ten years now, I didn’t know what to do about it and my self confidence especially after becoming a mom was close to 0… I finally reached out and found Kay I’m so glad I did because she is a magician with these wands and not only has she removed the spot on my nose and cheek she’s brought back my confidence and that has changed my life. It’s incredible and so crazy how one imperfection can have such a huge impact on your life. When I looked in the mirror for ten years, all I ever saw was my dreaded blood spots, I felt like Rudolph, I avoided photos being taken my precious babies and family gatherings because of my insecurity… what a shame especially since now I know about photoshop. Do I need to come back to have the procedure done every so often? Yes, thanks to the face being so vascular …but for those couple of months not seeing it and worrying about other things it’s changed my life really . Electrolysis works and Kay is such a wonderful person to be around and I fully trust her expertise. Her energy is just as positive as the name of her clinic which by the way is pristine and so elegant! Thank you for helping me out you have no idea how grateful I am for your help. Thank goodness Kay is back open. I have a variety of treatments with Kay and all are excellent. Kay is so professional and she is so knowledgeable and helpful as she is always studying new relevant subjects and techniques. I cannot recommend Positive skin highly enough, one visit and I can guarantee you will go back. I would like to say about one of my treatments electrolysis, i sailed through lockdown without growing hair where us ladies don't want it and this was because the sessions i have been having over the last year has permanently reduced it by 75% so thanks to Kay Positive Skin.
I love having various face treatments with Kay, she is so kind and knowledgeable and always happy and willing to help me with little extras. I’ve been going to Kay for nearly 2 years and I asked her some questions about my sons skin, she was super helpful and I took him for a bespoke facial which are both very pleased with.
Kay has removed a mole in past for me very successfully and is now using IPL for hair removal. Always professional, friendly and informative. Seeing results already. I also buy Collagen Shots and Hydrating capsules and powder and since taking them have seen and felt a real improvement.
